Long time no talk.
\nFeeling the maternity blues lately, this is Chihiro.<\/p>\n

Once upon a time… Something that happened a long, long time ago\uff5e<\/p>\n

It was the hot summer of 2005.
\nYokohama, the outskirts of Chinatown…
\nAt the first ever 9mm band meeting, we were planning our first show.<\/p>\n

After cleaning the room, the members put together this text at that very meeting.<\/p>\n

I felt nostalgic, so it’s time I publish it.
\nWell, we gave up on using it though…<\/p>\n

2005 AD, August 1st.
\nOn this day, the end of the first era of the century is upon us…<\/p>\n

\uff5eOur future together is aflame\uff5e<\/p>\n

The people who are running about, trying to escape.
\nThe Peking duck getting nuked.
\nThe century egg<\/a> fluttering about.
\nThe chop suey going mad.
\nThe Chinese manjuu<\/a><\/em> that was to never again have steam rising from it.<\/p>\n

From the park of Yokohama that has been reduced to rubble,
\nthe Hikawa Maru<\/a> is now departing on its last voyage.<\/p>\n

The 20th Kanagawa Shinbun fireworks display vs. 9mm Parabellum Bullet.<\/p>\n

Just who puts on the bigger festival?
\nIt’s up to the men and women to decide on the summer’s greatest showdown.<\/p>\n

In the end,
\nwho will be able to draw in the most people?<\/p>\n

On this day, come over and witness the shocking conclusion.<\/p>\n
