Makoto birthday event

I previously mentioned this already, but now more info has surfaced regarding this event titled Makoto Koshinaka Birthday Event 2010 ~Datenshi na Yoru~. In case you weren’t aware, Makoto’s turning (just) 30. Crazy to think he was only 18 back when Datenshi BLUE was recorded!
This dinner cruise type deal in Tokyo will be held on July 24th from 19:10 to 21:30 (so punctual!). It’s a pretty pricy deal at 29,800￥ (around US$325 — ouch!) but people attending will get to enjoy a private screening of a video that I assume will be prepared specifically for the cruise, a chance to buy a T-shirt designed by Makoto, special prizes by raffle, as well as a two-shot photo op with Makoto among other fancy things. Sweeeeet.
Applications to the event will only be accepted from June 14th through June 22nd, so for anyone planning on attending, I do suggest hurrying it up. Browse here for more info in Japanese.
On an off-topic note, still no word on what Λucifer did during their TV appearance a few days back.
Well… um… what’s with that hairstyle Makoto????
Hehehe, I assume you don’t like it? Hmmm, is it really all that dissimilar to his old one? I don’t remember, guess I ought to rewatch some PV’s…
I don’t know, but he looks really weird with that hairstyle. He looked better in Regret, both in the PV and when he performed it in an edition of PopJam. But he looked the flirtiest in Lucy PV, just like a young playboy in red…oh my…XD
Ah, that’s a good hairstyle. Still, don’t hit me as I honestly can’t see that much of a difference between that and this current haircut. 😛 My favorite style might be his blonde cut on the Be-Trip Tour 2001 DVD.
Hmm, even though I just said he looks older in a comment to you not that long ago… scrap that. I was just looking at the LUCY PV by your recommendation and, you know, aside from a little aging around the eyes and stuff, it’s amazing how similar he still looks actually. I suppose it’s because he was a young guy when Aucifer debuted, and he’s still a young guy today, too.
For me, he didn’t look too good with blonde like in the Be-Trip Tour, but at least still better than this one. It seems to me that now his hair is a bit too long, and (maybe it’s just me) curl a bit?
Ah, I see. Now that you mention it, I do see some curl business going on in there, and it’s definitely a little longer. But personally I’m of the mindset that hair can never be too long, hehe.
By the way, thanks, this is the most gay I’ve felt in a while. Ah well, if it’s deep analysis of Makoto’s hair, there’s no helping it, right? 🙂

Yeah, I suppose my number one of the band would be Yuki. But I mean if I’m going to be so flamboyantly gay, better to just go all the way and be Makoto’s boy toy, too. 🙂
