The 9mm team is on a ferry headed to Sapporo.
Ferry trips are very pleasant. It’s always swaying so walking is a challenge. When I think about the fact that we’re on a ferry right now, soaking in this tub sure feels lovely. There’s also a hopelessly desolate game center here that’s even more hopelessly desolate than some game center you’d find in front of a station at the countryside (it only has strip mahjong, pachinko and slot machines). What does perk my interest however is the vending machine where you can get beef yakiniku lunch boxes, and the 31 varieties of ice cream lined up next to it. Also perfect is the smoking area with the fierce looking old man who’s always in there.
We also took a long ferry trip on the “The World Tour”, but there wasn’t anything to do. Drinking, at best. But on the other hand, when all you can do is drink, it’s very fun.
We started drinking straight away last night when we boarded our ferry, so we went to bed at the early morning hours. That’s why everyone’s still sleeping even though it’s midday. But I think they’ll start creeping out of their beds pretty soon, saying “let’s start drinking again.“
And thus 9mm loves ferry trips. We’d like to stay here forever if possible. But, lately I’m also starting to enjoy playing live even more than before, so I’ll have to remember that feeling and get off the ferry as per schedule.
Everyone coming to our show in Sapporo, let’s make it a fine evening.
With that, later. Cheers.
