About 3031
3031 is a song by 9mm Parabellum Bullet from their third full-length album, Revolutionary. One of my favorite tracks by them, actually. This site is where I attempt to translate the band’s official blog into English — with varying results.

hey why no updates for so long! i just saw the count down on the official site, i thought there might be a new album announcement, but it looks like just a new year clock, am i right? Come on new album!!!
Sorry Daniel, I’ve been busy with work, JLPT and life stuff so I kinda took a vacation from the site. I’ll try and get back to these translations quickly, come January.
As for the countdown, it’s referred to as the “countdown of mystery” on the blog… so you never know. :)

Yep! They changed the layout to a 9th anniversary thingy. The next one could well be a new album announcement.
owww! the big announcement is only a live show, not much use to me! bummer!
Well, at least the show will be broadcast on Ustream.
I see the next single will include a live dvd, that’s cool. It’s nice to have major label backing haha! Does it say if it will have the complete show on?
No clue. Doesn’t specifically say if it does or doesn’t. Here’s to hoping we get the whole thing though.

well, yeah, it is pretty good. sometimes i wish they would ‘stretch out’ a little more, if you know what i mean? they’re such good musicians, i think they don’t need to stick to such a tight formula all the time. complaining aside, i’ve listened to it about a billion times over the past month… :)
