Kamijo has reached the age when he’s interested in everyone else’s equipment, so he’s asking Kazuhiko about his. When it’s my turn, I’ll tell him “these are maracases.“

「The beasts on the covers give the books a nice feel, right?」
Due to strange circumstances, I’m currently reading Osamu Tezuka’s “Buddha”. I’ve already read it who knows how many times, but it’s still interesting. Whether it’s sad things or painful things, happy things or fun things, there’s no stopping whatever’s coming our way. The release date of VAMPIRE is one of those things. We can’t stop any of it. As I was thinking “won’t it come out already～”, I realized its release is next week already. It’s approaching.
Yesterday before our rehearsal at the studio, I headed to the convenience store to buy things. Since I had some time to spare, I was reading there while standing when suddenly “Living Dying Message” came on. Since I go there pretty much daily, you’d think I’d have noticed the change in the rotation of songs. So, since I’m not at all accustomed to hearing our songs like that, I was caught completely off-guard (I wonder just how someone can get “used to” something like that) and so I just stood there astonished for a while. “Ahaha, I know this song. Wait, the man next to me reading Shounen Magazine, there’s no way he knows it’s me singing, right? He wouldn’t think it’s this guy frilly-headed guy next to him, reading Morning (I read a soccer manga called GIANT KILLING first. Unfortunately, I know nothing about soccer, but I do like the manga), right? Nhahaha.” That’s my easygoing way of getting excited as we’re getting closer to our upcoming release. Tomorrow we’re doing an open to the public live radio broadcast, so we’ll be going to Spainzaka in Shibuya. People around the area, please come and see 9mm behind the thick glass. Hey! You can’t give them food! And of course those of you who can’t come, do listen in, too～.

「”I want to see, I want to hear…”」
As I was eating out today, I was watching the TV inside the restaurant and saw Moto Fuyuki growing a beard. Oh, that’s all for that topic. Nothing more I have to say on that. Sorry about that. Now then, as for that cold I caught the other day, it’s kind of continued for several days now in the form of a slight fever and my head spacing out. I feel like I’d rather have had a high fever for two days or so as then I might’ve had this over with faster. I want to get better soon. My nose just keeps running. Bleh～ …………………………………………………………… …………………………… huh! Sorry, I spaced out. I was thinking of having “7 Days of Not Getting Better“¹ as the title of the first post I make after getting better. Sorry. 「It came」
Autumn is here! Not really so much when waking up in the morning, rather, it crept up on us when we were sleeping. And so, I immediately went and caught a cold, even though I didn’t get sick once during our rough summer schedule. Actually, I’ve held out ever since the beginning of the year… But I have to say, I’m kind of proud of my body and its timing for getting sick — before Akatsuki no Yaon with no other shows in sight. This is definitely a sign from my body that I need to take it easy for a while. “Alright, alright, gotcha, you’re right, let’s go with what you say for once then” is what I’d normally be saying, but it’s not gonna happen! I was invited to attend a show tomorrow! So, I’ll be taking a warm bath and immediately going to sleep in order to heal myself. Also, I didn’t really have anything to prevent it from getting worse but as it just so happens, my mouthwash had run out so I went and bought a new one today (picture). I haven’t used it yet but just opening the package, it smells like the real deal. I have a really good feeling about it. If you’re thinking of buying mouthwash, I definitely recommend this one. Even though I haven’t used it yet. With that, later.

All-Night Nipponia has ended!! Ah man, we were nervous… everyone’s hands were shaking. My limbs were going numb～. Thanks to everyone who sent in mail! There was also lots of mail from people who’d just learned about us which made me really happy. We’re hoping for your support from now on, too. Anyway, it was absurdly fun. We were so into it, I don’t even remember what we talked about. It feels like it went by in a flash, but I hope you all had fun listening. If by any chance some of you want to still hear 9mm on All-Night Nippon, do send such requests to Nippon Broadcasting. (lol) You never know, it might just happen. Nfufu.

「I’m telling you, arituussu¹ is ancient!」
YOUNG FLAG is over! On my way back now. It was another wild show! I couldn’t stop grinning and getting goosebumps. Lots of people also came for the recording of the SCHOOL OF LOCK live broadcast of the wrap-up party. Everyone, be sure to not catch a cold. We’re coming back to Sendai in November to play with Midori. Later.

「Since it’s shuubun no hi, does that mean it’s finally autumn?」
With a bunch of Zankyo artists gathered in one place, the 21st at Shinjuku LOFT was a really fun night. We were in a party mood ever since the soundchecks at noon. The wrap-up party was fun, too. All the youngsters who came over from Nagoya as well as the captain, everyone got smashed. Everyone was cool.
Today I went to UNIT to see Masudore (mass of the fermenting dregs, check them out if you don’t know them). As I reached the venue, I got orders as follows: “as the show’s ending, you get on stage and scatter around the castanets inside these yellow buckets”. Getting to my task without delay, I helped carry the buckets, took off my hat in greeting while taking care to conceal my identity by wearing these questionable sunglasses I had with me, almost having it snatched away by a member of the audience in the front, etc. Somehow I felt a little confused up there by myself. In any case, the main thing is that Masudore’s show was great. They were really lively. I want to play with them. After that, I spent my time at a wonderful drinking party.
Anyway, we have a show in Sendai on the 25th! We’ll be heading there tomorrow. Everyone from the Miyagi prefecture! We’ll also be making a live appearance on radio, so please listen to that.
